"All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."

"This was great for our needs-close to family, pet friendly with a fenced yard. The house can accommodate many in one place and has huge potential. There were issues. The house was over mostly clean, but some areas need a deep cleaning-the refrigerator, kitchen ceiling and vent, drawers and cabinets . The oven and garbage disposal did not work. "Wonderful stay. All the beds were comfortable, it was clean, a tv that was actually easy to use, and great location with a lot of space. Been to a few Vrbo’s in Yuba City over the years and this is by far our favorite. Won’t stay anywhere else now. "

"We were in the area for a graduation, so the house with 5 large bedrooms, a nice backyard including a canopy was perfect for us. The house was exactly as pictured, and large enough for everyone. There were a few little things that weren't smooth- like getting the wifi password or access to both TVs at the same time, but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again. We were able to check in about 30 minutes early, which was helpful."
